Amazing Immune Support Smoothie
Combining high quality superfoods in the blender to make delicious smoothies that nourish the body with integrity is one of my favorite things to do to stay healthy. The other day I blended up a smoothie that makes a lip-licking good morning elixir to boost the immune system. I think you’re taste buds will be delighted after making the Amazing Immune Support Smoothie and your body grateful after you read the health benefits of powerful “C” Superfood below.
3 c. almond milk
1 c raspberries
1 heaping Tbsp Surthrival Colostrum powder
2 tsp chia seeds
2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
2 Tbsp Cacao
¼ c (or less) Honey depending on taste
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp cinnamon
Toss everything in the blender and enjoy!
